I work as a Learning and Development Adviser for the University of Warwick. This means I support academics and postgraduates to develop their teaching skills.

My particular e-learning interests lie in encouraging people to use tools appropriately and efficiently to support teaching and learning and recognising when more traditional methods might be more appropriate. I'm also interested in exploring the differences between how we intend elearning resources to be used and how they actually are.
