I'm Senior Lecturer in Blended Learning and Educational Technology at Kingston University. I'm married, in my 40s, have two children, live in Surbiton (it does exist, really) in a large(ish) Victorian house with a similarly large mortgage. I'm the proud owner of a mountain bike and a VW Golf although I walk to work along the river. I like my job and would do it even if I won the lottery (if I were to play it, that is).
I'm Principal Lecturer in Blended Learning and Educational Technology at Kingston University. I've developed this blog for an MSc in e-Learning (University of Edinburgh) starting in September 2007.
I do have another blog though, called The Digital Migrant. I also have a Facebook profile.
Lots of things, too numerous to mention ...
ability to catch Maltesers in mouth, mastery of the French subjunctive mood, table tennis
Years ago, I used to live in Kingston and work at the Uni but then it was kind of still reeling from the Polytechnic aftermath. I used to walk along the river to work. I must be a glutton for punishment because I am now doing a part time MSc -E learning at Edinburgh Uni.
