Well, I guess this is where it all begins. I am looking forward to being on the receiving end of education for a change.
Not a totally good day of e-teaching, a faulty projector and downloaded youtube videos that decided not to play.

A few points to make about the blog, which I cut and paste to everyone... its purpose is to be an open, reflective dialogue, somewhere you can develop ideas, not somewhere ideas are delivered fully formed, evidenced and argued. How you write here will probably change and develop as the course progresses: some people go for formality, others for a mix of links and images, others for almost a stream of consciousness. It makes for a fun journey, and at the end of it you'll find it fascinating to look back on.
You should aim for about two or three entries a week, as brief or as lengthy as appropriate - just blog when an interesting thought hits you, or when the mood takes you. I'll be reading all your blog entries, and responding and commenting about once a week - bear in mind it might be a couple of days between your post and my response, so if there's something urgent you want me to respond to just drop me an email to let me know. A few weeks into the course, I'll give some feedback on how the blog is going in terms of the final assessment, just in case there are aspects that need more work or further development.
Let me know if you're having any problems with it. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy it!
