There's nothing too extreme (we're not actually hiring robots yet) but mobile and big data jobs, two trends a few years back, are at the bottom of this top ten list. Programmers and help desk employees are in highest demand. Any and all of these job roles will likely be involved with cloud apps and services in some way.

Following our own advice, we sat down with three XebiaLabs thought leaders–Andrew Phillips, Tim Buntel, and TJ Randall–and asked what they think the future has in store for the DevOps world.
